SSFOZ is a mix of  Super-Soldier Formula  and Goblin Serum on a DNA level. Created when a clone of Steven Rogers and Harry Osborn's DNA was mix with Goblin Serum creating a new formula.  A formula capable of enhancing  "super soldiers," mentally and physically to  superhuman levels. 

Effects:

Singularity : Clone couldn't be replicated/cloned, have his powers mimicked, or be mimicked by Shapeshifters or Illusionists or even mimic user's voice, handwriting, skills/movements, etc.

 Berserker mode : Becomes uncontrollable when in mode like Wolverine and Hulk in rage, in this form he will attack friend and foe alike, he loses his human Intelligence and become more animal cunning. Only a very large lighting charge can shock him to his senses and allow him to regain his self control.
