The SSFOZ is encoded in Michael's DNA before birth and enhanced all of Michael' bodily functions to the peak of human potential. He can't be replicated/cloned he is a Singularity.  In a way he is an artificially created mutant, a mutate with a Unique Physiology.

Enhanced Condition

Superhuman Regenerative Healing Factor: If Michael does sustain injury, his body's increased metabolism allows him to heal damaged tissue much faster and more extensively than a normal human is capable of. While not nearly as efficient as the healing powers possessed by Wolverine, he can heal from injuries that would prove lethal to an ordinary human and unlike Captain America and New Goblin  he came quickly recover from grievous wounds, including regenerating lost limbs: see bone regeneration. For example, if Michael fell from a great height he would get up and walk way unharmed .The white blood cells (WBCs) and the SSFOZ in his body are efficient enough to fight off any microbe, foreign body to his body keeping him healthy and immune to all infections, diseases and disorders. Examples: He is immune to  symbiotes  ( like Venom ), toxins and retroviruses (RNA Virus). ( In Berserker mode his heal factor is more like Deadpool.)

Superhuman Strength: Michael' physical strength is enhanced to the very peak of become super-humanly strong hence he possessed an extreme strength capacity potential. At his peak, he possesses sufficient superhuman strength to lift in the 800 lbs-45 ton range. Michael's great strength also extends to his legs, allowing him to leap great distances. He has been known to leap to heights of at least 30 feet in a single bound.  He can snap steel handcuffs and chains, and is capable of break concert walls and Titanium steel alloys doors with a single kick.

Superhuman Speed: Michael can, run and or exercise as well as operate at superhuman speeds hence his overall body equilibrium is also heightened can run and move at speeds that are beyond the natural physical limits of the finest human athlete although he isn't nearly as fast as speedsters. With his speed, he can outrun vehicles.

Superhuman Stamina: Michael's body eliminates the excessive build-up of fatigue-producing chemicals in his muscles, granting him exceptional endurance and lung capacity. He can exert himself at his peak, he can physically exert himself for at least 2 day without rest and before showing any signs of fatigue.

Superhuman Durability: Michael's bodily tissues far tougher and more resistant to injury than normal humans.His bones and muscles are denser and harder than Captain America/ Steve Rogers and New Goblin / Harry Osborn.  While Michael can be injured by something along the lines of a knife or Supersonic high speed bullets composed of conventional material, he is very resistant to great impact forces, blunt trauma and normal gun fire. He can withstand powerful impacts, such as falling from several stories or being repeatedly struck by a superhuman enemy, that would severely injure or kill a normal human with little to no injury to himself.

Superhuman Agility: Michael's agility, balance, and bodily coordination are all enhanced to levels that are beyond the natural physical limits of the finest human athlete. He can coordinate his body with balance,flexibility, and dexterity. 

Superhuman Reflexes: His reflexes are similarly enhanced and are superior to those of the finest human athlete. He dodge gunfire/Lasers even in short range from multiple gunners at the same time. 

Peak Human Aging: The SSFOZ dramatically slows Michael's aging due to extensively healthy cells. Jackal once stated because of this it is possible that Subject 1974 may indefinitely maintain his youth.

SuperHuman Senses: Michael's senses of sight, hearing, smell, taste, and touch are above limits of human potential.

1.Accelerated Vision or so called Telescopic vision: Micheal's visual acuity is considerably beyond that of a normal human. He can see objects at much greater distances, with perfect clarity, relative to an ordinary human. He is able to see the flicker-fusion horizon(the speed at which some objects appear as a blur) in his eyes is superior to other people. what appears as a blur to most people, he can see perfectly. (Note his eyes aren't has good has Spider-man 2099 Example: Can't see in complete darkness without his tech glasses.)

2.Super hearing: is the ability to hear sounds, frequencies, and pitches that not normal humans can not. In this ability, New Green Goblin 2099 can hear extremely quiet sounds, and sounds made from a very far distance.

3.Super Smell: is the ability to smell things at greater distances and with greater accuracy than normal Humans. New Green Goblin 2099 can track by smell.

4.Super Taste: is the ability to experiences the sense of taste with far greater intensity than average. Micheal can taste the micro differences in food or air.

5.Super Touch: Michael has this ability to a lesser degree than Spider-Man who can use his to walk on walls. Micheal can use his to find hide panels or read finger prints. 

Berserker mode Strength like Hulk and Green Goblin (Ultimate) and the Heal Factor Boost Of Deadpool.

Power Mimicry Immunity: Powers cannot absorb  they are linked to his basic anatomy.

Uniqueness: User absolutely one of a kind, they cannot be replicated/cloned, have their powers mimicked, or be mimicked by shapeshifters or illusionists or even mimic user's voice, hand writing, skills/movements, etc.
