Expert Businessman: Micheal Osborn is extremely well-respected in the business world, able to command people's attentions when he speaks on economic matters by virtue of the fact that he is savvy enough to have, over the years. He is known for the loyalty he commands from and returns to those who work for him, as well as his impeccable business ethics. He also strives to be environmentally responsible in his job, and in one case, immediately fired an employee who made profitable (but illegal) sales.

Leadership: He is a superb strategist and a charismatic leader.

Master Martial Artist: Micheal is an expert in hand-to-hand combat being very skilled in multiple martial arts. His training first started at age 7, he started learning Ninjitsu , Aikido, western boxing, Taekwondo and learned other strikes: Karate, Muay Thai, Choi Kwang Do, and gymnastics which like his DNA father Captain America into his own unique fighting style which, he became a master of multiple martial arts.  He also learns when fighting a foe. Almost like taskmaster or Cassandra Cain but he doesn't just copy, he improves on.

Master Tactician and Strategist: He is an accomplished strategist. He had been widely considered one of, if not the greatest, tacticians on the planet, both on and off the battlefield in his time. He is able to formulate battle strategies and his brilliant tactical sense allows him to alter any strategy to fit the changing need of the situation. He also possesses a near-eidetic memory, meaning that he never forgets anything and has perfect recall. This enables him to remember any military tactic and apply it to any situation. 

Advanced Shield Operator: Micheal is well-versed in all SHIELD 2099 disciplines including intelligence gathering, escape arts, assassination, demolitions expert, survival tactics, hunting, swimming, mountaineering, march or drill skills, map making, map reading, decoding cipher and other secret code messages, reading and making wood craft signs and other secret code languages, disguising, interrogation, computers, explosives, communication systems, vehicles and electronic appliances used in SHIELD 2099. As the director of S.H.I.E.L.D. 2099, Micheal has access to the entire S.H.I.E.L.D. 2099 highly advanced arsenal of weaponry; various air, land, sea craft and space craft provided by S.H.I.E.L.D. 2099; and numerous S.H.I.E.L.D. 2099 tech.  Due to his high-ranking status, even when S.H.I.E.L.D. 2099 is directed by The Punisher, Jake Gallows. He retains access to several S.H.I.E.L.D. 2099 warehouses and paraphernalia that are unknown to anyone else but him.

Expert Engineer: He is an excellent engineer and mechanic capable of fixing almost, if not all, any machinery. computer science and electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, artificial intelligence.

Indomitable Will: Micheal is a very strong-willed person. He is able to overcome most forms of temptation and resist the effects of extreme pain, drugs and toxins to a great extent. Micheal is also capable of resisting all forms of mind control; only the strongest willed individuals have a chance of enslaving him. 

Weapons Proficiency: At age 10 he learn how to use every weapon know to man (swordsmanship, stick fighting etc.)

Expert Marksman: Micheal can throw most projectile weaponry with great aim and is well-versed in the use of firearms, though he prefers not to use them. 

Expert pilot: He controls New Goblin 2099 Glider ( Hover Broad) with his mind through a linked direct to Micheal's face mask. He can also fly jets, Spacecafts and helicopters. "If it flies, I can fly her."
