Limitations: New Green Goblin 2099 is subject to all human vulnerabilities, although his immunity to diseases, poisons and retroviruses (RNA Virus)is extraordinary, lack of aging.
- Berserker mode : Becomes uncontrollable when in mode like Wolverine and Hulk in rage, in this form he will attack friend and foe alike, he loses his human Intelligence and become more animal cunning. Only a very large lighting charge can shock him to his senses and allow him to regain his self control.

- Susceptible to Electricity Attacks.
- Vulnerable Senses: Michael's only other "weakness" is the fact that his heightened senses can be taken advantage of.
- Decapitation/Severe Spinal Damage: Michael could be killed if his head becomes separated from his body, causing his brain the inability to send signals to the section(s) of his body that needs healing. But because his bone regeneration and Supernaturally Dense Tissue the idea seems very unlikely.
- Uniqueness: Because his DNA can't be replicated/cloned, he can not have offspring.
